Welcome to Nexapack. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Payment in full is required at checkout.
Shipping and Freight Delivery
Nexapack ships primarily via freight carriers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to provide accurate shipping information and acknowledges that freight delivery requirements may apply. Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a valid delivery address accessible to freight carriers
- Indicating whether the delivery location is commercial or residential
- Selecting the correct delivery options, including liftgate and access requirements
- Ensuring appropriate unloading equipment is available at the time of delivery
If appropriate personnel or equipment are not available, the customer must select liftgate service at checkout. Freight carriers may contact the customer prior to delivery to schedule an appointment. Failure to respond to carrier outreach may result in delivery delays, storage fees, or re-delivery charges. Additional charges will apply for:
- Missed delivery appointments
- Re-delivery attempts
- Limited access locations
- Special handling requirements
- Incorrect liftgate or delivery option selection
Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. Nexapack is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party freight carriers. Customers are responsible for having appropriate personnel and equipment available to unload shipments at the time of delivery. Failure to ensure proper unloading conditions does not waive applicable delivery or redelivery charges.
Inspection and Damage Claims
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier and recorded on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Failure to properly document damage at the time of delivery will affect the ability to file a claim. Customers must notify Nexapack promptly of any issues.
Returns and Order Issues
Returns are limited and must be approved in advance. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before any return will be accepted. Approved returns within 30 days of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any order issues must be reported promptly for review. Nexapack will determine resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Tax and Tax-Exempt Status
Sales tax will be applied to all applicable orders unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is submitted and approved. Tax-exempt customers may place orders prior to approval. Sales tax will be collected at checkout and refunded once the tax-exempt certificate has been reviewed and approved. Tax-exempt status is applied to customer accounts after verification. Nexapack reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Nexapack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
Use of Website
Users agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
